Can I have more than one pet in one portrait?

Yes! You may include 2 pets or even 3 pets together in one portrait. However, this two options are only available in 16”x12” and 24”x18”.

Can I create a portrait without my pet’s name?

Yes! If you prefer to create a portrait without your pet's name, please input “No Name” in the “Pet Name” field when you place your order.

Do you send previews before the artwork gets printed?

Yes! We will send you a proof via email when the artwork is ready. Once approved your artwork will be printed and shipped.

What are the dimensions of the posters and frames?

Our posters come in various sizes: 8”x10”, 12”x16”, 16”x20”, or 18”x24”. The frame width varies from 0.6” to 1” depending on the poster size and the frame depth is approximately 0.75”.
