CUSTOM PRODUCTS
As our products are made to order and 100% customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders of customized products are final and cannot be refunded.
DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving of the item and our customer support team will review your request and get it sorted out for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we always strive to make sure you’re thrilled with your purchase at Pawtogether.
To review your request and proceed with a resolution, please include a photo of the item that you received and let us know why you are dissatisfied with your order. We will use the information to review your order and improve our service and product.
WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving of the item and we will take responsibility for any damage that occurred during the production process and delivery.
To review your request and proceed with a resolution, please include a photo demonstrating the defect or the damaged area of the item. We’ll send a replacement as soon as we confirm the situation.
Important: We only take responsibility for any manufacturing defects and shipping damages. We will not cover damages caused by accidents or improper care.
