Custom Pet Art
Can I create a portrait without my pet’s name?
Yes! If you prefer to create a portrait without your pet's name, please input “No Name” in the “Pet Name” field when you place your order.
Do you send previews before the artwork gets printed?
Yes! We offer previews for all custom orders. We will send you a proof via email when the artwork is ready, so you can make sure you are 100% satisfied with your artwork before printing!
What are the dimensions of the posters and frames?
Our posters come in various sizes: 8”x10”, 12”x16”, 16”x20”, or 18”x24”. The frame width varies from 0.6” to 1” depending on the poster size and the frame depth is approximately 0.75”.
Can you add or remove something from the photo?
We are unable to add or remove things like accessories or extra background colors at this time.
Can I create a portrait of my pet and me?
Currently we are only offering pet portraits. However, more designs will be introduced in the future.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Can I change my order?
Yes! You may change your order if you reach out to us at support@pawtogether.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we cannot guarantee that we can change it.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is only applicable to orders with total value of $100 (USD) or above (after discount), and a flat rate shipping fee of $15 (USD) will be required otherwise.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders generally take 7-15 business days to be processed and shipped.
The processing and delivery times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that the times are estimated and subject to change while in transit.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Returns / Refunds
Do you offer returns or refunds?
As our products are made to order and 100% customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders of customized products are final and cannot be refunded.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you receive a defective item, please contact us and our customer support team will review your request and get it sorted out for you.
