SHIPPING COUNTRIES

Pawtogether currently ships to the United States and Canada only.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

USA: Standard shipping orders will be delivered by USPS. All orders generally take 7-14 business days to be processed and shipped depending on the shipping address.

** We cannot deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO).

Canada: Standard shipping orders will be delivered by Canada Post. All orders generally take 8-15 business days to be processed and shipped depending on the shipping address.

The processing and delivery times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that the times are estimated and subject to change while in transit.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Flat rate shipping is $20 (USD) on all orders under $100 (USD)

FREE shipping on all orders over $100 (USD)
